Atlanta Braves starter John Smoltz reached the exclusive 3000 strikeout club on Tuesday.His 3000 K came when he struck out the Nationals Felipe Lopez in the third inning. Smoltz is the 16 member in the 3000 K club. He has 3006 career strikeouts now.
